When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is ready for processing, it will be shipped within two to three working days.

A dimensional weight fee is assessed on UPS air shipments whenever the weight of the box is not appropriate for the size and/or volume of the box.
*Samples are shipped by Standard Ground only except in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico where ground shipping is not available. Next Day or Second Day shipping charges will apply.

PERSONALIZATION
What colors can be printed inside my cards? Unless specified otherwise, the cards can be printed in one of the following colors: gold foil, red foil, silver foil, copper foil, blue foil, green foil, black ink, blue ink, burgundy ink, green ink, red ink, brown ink, gold ink or silver ink.
May I have my envelopes personalized?
Envelopes may be personalized with a return address for an additional charge. For first 25 envelopes, the charge is $14.00 for ink and $15.25 for foil. Each additional quantity of 25 is charged $2.00 for ink and $3.25 for foil. Price includes three lines of print, 35 letters/spaces per line; three lines maximum.
May I add my logo to my card?
You may add a logo to the front or inside of your card for an additional charge. If the logo is printed in the inside with one of our standard inks, a $30.00 charge is added. Foil logos may be printed for a $50.00 charge. Logos on the front, multicolored logos or PMS ink colors require special price quotes. Please contact Customer Service to request a quote.
May I change the front design on the card?
It is not possible to change the designs, colors or papers used for our cards but you may add your logo or company name. Contact Customer Service for more information.
May I write my own verse?
You may write your own verse for any card that allows a verse selection. There is a $30.00 ink charge and a $50.00 foil charge. If you prefer to send in black-and-white camera-ready artwork, please call or e-mail us.
May I have my order personalized in more than one color?
The verse and personalization may be printed in more than one color at an additional charge. Please call or e-mail us.
May I combine orders of the same card with different personalization for a better price?
Pricing is based on one card design, with the same verse and personalization. Different personalizations may not be combined for pricing purposes.

May these cards be recycled?
Because of the beautiful foils that are used on many of our cards, it is not possible to recycle all cards.
